Hey there ladies and gents, sending out a hello seeing as though I'm new.

Just wondering after reading the rules briefly, if the Spew spew section is for newbies who have to prove themselves, why is it I am unable to create a thread in that particular section??, apparently I have insufficient privileges. Their must be a clause i'm missing out :022: ..anyone care to verify?
