I can't find any articles yet , but it is rumoured that Youtube , a site where copyrighted material has been streaming ( producers are now suing the shit outta them for 'copy-right infingement' since Google acquired said site ) for a while , is planning lawsuits against those who distribute apps which allow the DLing/saving of material placed on Youtube .

What irony , the 'Pirate ship' is now going after the 'Pirates' lol lol lol . The "free era" of the Internet is coming to an end , just wait till the corporations take over fully , "hackers' will still "hack" , but no more sharing in public view............:065:

didnt they already start taking down all the copyrighted stuff? i wonder what their future business plans are.

The offense we committed was creating a small tool that lets people download YouTube videos to their hard drives. We referenced the tool in a recent post that walked people through the process of moving YouTube Videos to their iPod.
