so i guess the UPS carrier took it upon himself to figure out that he should be collecting a certified check ('cause that's what they do now - it's their decision i guess?!?! WTF?) in the exact correct amount for my order, of which he also knew what is was and how much it should be because he also moonlights in my industry, and the company cashed the check... how do you explain all this? only then did my distributor want to get in touch with her "manager" and call us back. woops, guess we were right - again! guess she needs to pull her head out - again! guess we'll be buying from their competitor - again!
