.mov Screenshots?

Greetings Kids,
I have some vids I want to share but they are in .mov. I have no idea how to screenshot them. I am pretty sure people would appreciate screenshots instead of me just telling people "This really hot blonde is sucking dick. Its quite good. Download it!" Is there a quick and easy way to screenshot these? Thanks

Hello Doom. I had the same problem when I was beginning to upload some Nikki Nova vids. After following some suggestions from the members here, I downloaded a problem called SnagIt. It's very easy to use, and lets you grab screen caps from either full-screen or from separate windows. You can then save the capture as a .jpeg/etc. file to use for preview shots in your posts.
