Unlike previous versions I haven't been able to block out entire IP ranges owned by "Big Bro" without entering each IP 1 @ a time(ie 6.0.0.0 - 7.255.255.255 would take forever). I wouldn't use this on a regular basis unless something was buggin' me, but I've been having problems implementing PeerGaurdian as of late. If anyone has any ideas, Thanx in Advance.

i wouldn't use norton. it just a resource hog. it takes over and its hard to get rid of. Zone Alarm is better IMO.

what problems are you having with PeerGuardian? be sure to get it from the source http://phoenixlabs.org/pg2/ works great for me :D puts my mind at ease and it's not a resource hog.

I use it and never had any problems. Had huge problems with the virus protection my ISP provided me with.

All my machines have the free version of Avast. Much less bloat and works very well. Great warnings when shit is about to happen. I've tried Norton, AVG and a couple others. Avast for me until something comes along better.
