Wha?!?!? did you watch the vid? The guy was a perv but the character of PW Herman was funny as hell.

Loved the joke, definitely vintage Pee Wee. I really miss the old Late Night, it was so much crazier and funnier than anything Letterman's done since going to CBS. Last week, I was watching a bunch of old Chris Elliot bits from when he was a regular--really brilliant, avante garde stuff.

Here are two of my favorite Chris Elliot bits. The sound isn't synched up on the first one, though.

The Guy Under the Seats wins the Lucky Number--I love how freaky and pissed off he gets when he finds out he can't win.

Rocket Man--This is sheer genius, if only because this was from 1992, so he was spoofing William Shatner years before it was hip to do that, and because it was pre-internet, so probably nobody in the audience had even seen Shafter do this back in the 70s.

Thanks Jiff! Bassman had me feeling selfconscious there. Awesome vids #2!! I went and looked him up after your first post today, Youtube has a ton of Elliot's stuff...comedy gold!
