I have an ATI X1300 512mb PCI-E.

I hear good things about x1950 and geforce 77xx I forget which model geforce exactly.

Radeon X850 series. a couple of years old now - but im sure it'll handle these new games :)

I played the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl demo for a few days - it sucks. My 256MB AGP X850XT ran it with no problems though
