How are you guys generating these preview pics with the Media Player Classic logo and file info at the top?

Like this one for example...

I'm curious about this myself. They looks kinda like ImageGrabber II generated pics, but it seems to have been made from MPC. I would ditch IG II if I could use MPC instead.

ImageGrabber, but probably the newer version that mitul refers to since mine doesn't look exactly like this!

Download the latest version of media player classic. I'm running version 6.4.9.0. Load the video, open the File header and there should be an option to save thumbnails. You can then save how ever many thumbs you want and upload the image. It won't work with .mov but I haven't had any other problems with it.

awsome, image grabber worked great for me once, then it stopped and now its basically broken. im gonna give mp classic a shot.

edit:
screw Image Grabber
wmp classic takes the the captures for you easily and quickly. works great for me.

Oh and Jiff go to File>Save Thumbnails : to get the thumbnails image, It will take them automatically.

Cool - I was using an older version of Media Player Classic :blink: - that was the problem - Shweet! :p

I havent tried that with MPC yet but i have no problem using the ImageGrabber II.

Cool, yeah IGII crapped out on me as well, nothing works in it for me now. I'll be using WMPC now.

EDIT: What the hell? Ever since I downloaded the new K-Lite Codec pack a few months ago MPC can't load a single damn video anymore. It just says "Cannot render the file", what gives?

I'd try re-installin the Codec Pack :039:
