Anyone got any special plans for the 4th of July?

i'm taking the day off of work and hanging out with the little lady. probably gonna go hike a mountain and watch some fireworks with the rest of the town. probably gonna eat a shitload too and then spend some time in my office with the paper catching up on some local and worldly news.

Well, technically my plans are for July 3rd..not the 4th.

My husband and I have a doctor's appointment to find out the sex of our baby. We've been together for over 5 years (married a year on July 15th) and we are finally expecting.

I've got two girls already (ages 5 & 7), so we are hoping for a boy!

Congratulations! I remember the day we found out we were having a baby girl. Hard to believe that was two years ago and the little rugrat is running around on her own now. My, how time flies...

Anyway, as for the fourth, we will be moving some junk into a storage locker and then heading on over to the grandparents for dinner. We'll probably catch some fireworks after that.
