I have used two ways...

Way 1
Firefox for Geeks and Power Users
a. Type about:blank in the Firefox address bar
b. Now click List cache entries or directly type about:cache?device=disk (Disk cache device)
c. Press Ctrl+F and try to location the flash file by typing some part of website URL or the flash file name or just .swf. After some hit and trial, you should be able to locate the swf file URL
d. Click the SWF URL to open the Cache Entry Information page. Right click on the link and choose "Save link as"

Way 2
Dl demo version of Windows Media Recorder from their website http://www.wmrecorder.com/demo.htm

Open program
Click "View" Folder
a window pops up and asks you if you want to view files in cache, click yes...
it will be there... it will be easy to find...
right click to dl... it will be saved in the windows media recorder program folder

enjoy raping putfile...

ps it's already in mp3 format...

now cmon T, that doesn't really answer the question now does it... lol

edit: one last thing... i suggest letting the song play out so you know all of it is in the cache before using these methods...

you could also download the Firefox plug-in Cache Viewer (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2489)...it's just a GUI of looking through your cache folder...
