Me neither. Feel free to try some of them. There's never too many good hosts. Any comment will be appreciated. :001:

I'm examing the list, considering trying some of the unknown ones... here are some early observerations...

uploadtemple and uploadhut seem to be the same thing basically, same page layout in general... the hut says they'll keep files at least a month, whereas temple says 'at least 3 weeks'... I can't tell if they'll keep more popular downloads (non-inactive) as long as they're active or what

sharelor isn't loading for me, time out page when I try to go to their site

content-type.com is a bad bad choice, file deleted after 7 days of inactivity

megashares looks shady, I clicked a question mark next to the 'password protect?' field to see what it would give me, and it ended up being a big popup ad (in firefox even), so I don't think I'll try them... too many dollar signs on their main page... :)

up-file.com, I'm not sure... I'm hesitant to try it, first because it won't tell me how long the file is store (7 days? 30? unlimited?), and a site offering 'no filesize limit' makes me suspicious... they also have a listing of at least 6 pages' worth of most recent uploads, I'm not crazy about making them public like that... but they seem to allow you to upload via FTP which may or may not give better speed performance, so I may try this one once at some point...

i may try big-upload.com ... it appears very similar in interface to megaupload (or sexuploader), they may well be related. It keeps files 30 days, which seems to be the norm (30 days of inactivity, that is, of course). i think I'll upload a set on that to see what kind of download performance it offers...

Thanks dmavs. :001: I have timeout problems with sharelor.com too. Gonna move it to the ugly category. I'll update info on those 3 others too.
